If you are a student or resident, hotel accommodations will be at the Best Western Monterey Beach Hotel. WSMRF has contracted rates with the Best Western Monterey Beach Hotel. The rates are $115 per night for a standard room. Rooms with an ocean view will have an upgrade fee that may not be covered by your institution. You must contact the hotel directly to make reservations BY JANUARY 4 (1-800-780-7234). To guarantee a room, ALL reservations MUST be received by January 4, 2013. The earlier you make a reservation and ask for an ocean-side room, the more likely you are to get one.
